Negotiations on the insurance of fishing vessels

The ministry of fisheries has committed to open discussions with insurers to provide insurance covers to fishermen. The regulators estimate that insurance companies do not master the characteristics of the fishing trade as ministry officials engage in talks with the business professionals.
