Nigeria RE, in turmoil following the privatization of its capital

This year, Nigeria Re lost most of its contracts during the current renewal campaign in the conflict opposing the reinsurance company to its insurers. Underwriters had refused to pay Nigeria Re legal cession charges following privatization of 51% of its capital.
