OAA, Abdallah Badaoui new Secretary General

Abdallah Badaoui, former regional Manager of Best Re Dakar, has been elected to the post of Secretary General of AIO for a four-year term taking effect as of July, 1, 2005. Badaoui takes over Joseph Assefa who has been in charge of the post for 24 years.
