Partnership between ARO and meteorology directorate

Malagasy insurer, ARO, signed on March 1, 2018 a partnership agreement with the meteorology directorate (DGM). Pursuant to this convention, DGM shall supply the data needed to conduct an in-depth study on weather risk management in the agricultural field.

According to project initiators, information exchange will make it possible to develop this kind of insurance in Madagascar.
