PICC P&C unveils its ambitions

The Chinese insurer PICC P&C has announced that it plans to be one of the largest non-life insurers in the world within 10 years. The group, China's non life market leader , has reported a turnover of 18.54 billion USD in 2009. Today the group has no subsidiary outside China.
