Ping AnAccording to the ranking by TradingPlatforms.com, the Chinese company Ping An has been named the largest insurance company in the world in terms of assets and market capitalization.

The company's total assets are estimated at 1 250 billion USD. The group's market capitalization stands at 187 billion USD in 2021.

Ping An is also at the top of the ranking of the best life and health insurance companies in terms of turnover with a premium volume of 184 billion USD in 2020.
