Results 2014: Closing forecasts at 122.1 billion DZD ( 1.396 billion USD)

In the 3^rd quarter report published by the CNA (Conseil National des Assurances) , the Algerian insurance market could achieve in 2014 a turnover of 122.1 billion DZD (1.396 billion USD) out of acceptances of the Compagnie Centrale de Réassurance. This figure is up to 7 % compared to 2013.

For 2014, the non life insurance represents 93% of the total market with 114 billion DZD (1.304 billion USD) in premiums. Personal insurance/life insurance would total only 8.1 billion DZD ( 92.6 million USD).
