RSA will raise 1.3 billion USD

The British insurer RSA multiplies its attempts to restore stability since the torment which has sunk its Irish subsidiary.

The group is now forced to raise 1.3 billion USD through a capital increase to try to get back on their feet.

The insurer has also announced its intention to sell 500 million USD of non-strategic assets, and renounced to pay any dividend till a return to normal.
