Saham Group standardizes its name

The Moroccan group Saham is adopting a new common identity to all its subsidiaries. Reference operator in Africa and the Middle East, the group is gathering all its insurance activities in Africa under the label of Saham Assurance and its assistance activity under that of Saham Assistance.

Saham Assurance becomes the new name of CNIA Saada, Colina Group and Mercantile Insurance while ISAAF Assistance takes the name of Saham Assistance. This restructuring is designed to consolidate the insurance pole as the group’s center of gravity and strengthen the identity of the parent company SAHAM. The group’s insurance pole is present in 20 countries through its 37 subsidiaries, reporting in 2012 a turnover of 882 million USD.
