SCORSCOR held its Combined General Meeting (ordinary and extraordinary) on 18 May 2022 in Paris. On this occasion, the company's shareholders adopted all the resolutions proposed by the Group's Board of Directors, including:

  • the increase from 70 to 72 of the age limit at which the Chairman of the Board of Directors is required to retire.
  • Denis Kessler, aged 70, will therefore remain Chairman of the Group until 2024.
  • the renewal of the terms of office of Natacha Valla and Fabrice Brégier as directors.
  • the distribution of a dividend of 1.8 EUR (1.89 USD) per share for the 2021 financial year.
