Sergio P. Ermotti reappointed as Swiss Re's Chairman of the Board of Directors

Sergio P. ErmottiThe Annual General Meeting of Swiss Re was held on 13 April 2022. On this occasion, the shareholders approved the reappointment of Sergio P. Ermotti as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Other resolutions approved by the shareholders include:

  • the distribution of a dividend of 5.9 CHF ( 6.25 USD) per share for the year 2021
  • the re-election of all members of the Board of Directors
  • the compensation of the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Committee
  • the annual report of the company and the annual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2021
  • the discharge of all members of the Board of Directors for the last year
  • the introduction of a term of office of 12 years for all current and new Board members.
