STAR: Call for applications for the position of independent director

The Société Tunisienne d’Assurance et de Réassurance (STAR) is calling for applications for the appointment of two independent directors. The candidates will join the Board of Directors and chair the company's audit and risk committees.

The applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope made out in the name of theBoard Chairman of the Société Tunisienne d’Assurance et de Réassurance «STAR" and marked "do not open/Call for application for the position of independent director". The deadline for the application submission is 14 October 2020.

Candidates approved by the Financial Market Council (CMF) will be interviewed by the committee. Once selected, the two new recruits will be informed 21 days before the Ordinary General Assembly, which will approve their appointment.
