Success for the 2015 FANAF meeting in Madagascar

Antananarivo hosted last February from 16 to 19, the 39th annual meeting of the African federation of insurance companies (FANAF).

Considered as one of the most successful, Madagascar meeting brought together over 550 participants from 43 different countries.

The meeting was started by Hery Rajaonarimampianina, President of the Republic of Madagascar, in the presence of Prime Minister, the Minister of Finance and representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Antananarivo.

Representatives of international and regional organizations such as the World Bank, the Inter African insurance market conference (CIMA), the African Insurance Organisation (AIO), the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC) also took part in this gathering.

FANAF’s 40th General Assembly is due to be held in February 2016 in Abidjan.

On the occasion of FANAF’s general meeting in Antananarivo, Atlas Magazine is publishing its seventh issue of the FANAF Special Figures. The 106-page study is available free of charge at the premium section of the website.
