The 2012 MultaQa Qatar conference, organized by “Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority” and “Global Reinsurance” took place in Doha from March 11 to 13, 2012. It gathered more than 400 participants from the insurance business. The main topics on the agenda were: the role played by “QFC Authority” in the promotion of insurance in Qatar and in the region, the strategic problems affecting insurance and reinsurance in the Gulf.
