The “FNACAM” organizes a day of reflection

During a day’s thought organized in December, the Fédération Nationale des Agents et Courtiers en Assurance du Maroc (FNACAM) voiced its concerns regarding the implementation terms of the new insurance code. The main areas of concern are focused on:

• The conditions of recourse to a second insurance company.
• The confinement by a broker/agent of all the kingdom’s territory to only one office.
• The remittance deadline of premiums by broker/agent to insurance companies.
• The criteria pertaining to the practice of the profession, and whose access is restricted to university graduates (High school certificate or Diploma + 4 years of university studies).
