The rule for liabilities coverage is being reviewed

The Direction des Assurance et de Prévoyance Sociale (DAPS) lowered the rate of coverage of insurance companies' liabilities from 130% to 120%. This decision follows the several reminders by the market players who felt that the level required by the DAPS was too high and disadvantageous for companies whose investment strategies were more effective.
