The tax exemption on insurance

In support to the farming sector which plays a key role in the country's economy, the 2008 financial law has provided for the insurance tax exemption, a move generalised to all insurers operating in the agricultural sector. Among the other provisions, the law provides for a 40% reduction in hail and agricultural fire risk tariffs and 30% cuts for livestock mortality.
