Tunis Re increases its capital in COTUNACE

Tunis Re crossed the threshold of 5% stake in the capital of the Compagnie Tunisienne pour l’Assurance du Commerce Extérieur (COTUNACE). The purchase of 8074 shares has enabled it to obtain 7.04% of the share capital and the voting rights. The state owned reinsurer previously owned a 3% stake in the capital of the insurer specializing in the coverage of risks related to imports and exports. No increase in shareholding is expected in the next twelve months.
