Two changes at the top management of Berkshire Hathaway

Two changes have been made at the top management of Berkshire Hathaway International Insurance (BHII): Tom Bolt, former manager in charge of performance management at Lloyd’s has joined BHII as president and chief executive officer in charge of United Kingdom and South Europe regions. This appointment shall come into effect as of June 1, 2016.

The other reshuffle pertains to Gregor Koehler who becomes president of the North Africa zone with immediate effect. BHII is planning to launch specialized insurance solutions in Europe through its subsidiary Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance.
