ACAPS launches new website

In a move designed to increase transparency and accessibility for all professionals, institutional partners and the general public, the Moroccan Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) has launched its new website.

The new, modernized and digitized portal offers user-friendly navigation on computers, tablets, and smartphones.

An intelligent chatbot is integrated into the ACAPS platform to provide real-time assistance and rapid access to key information (regulations, statistics, etc.).

Another new aspect is that people with disabilities can now benefit from several accessibility options, including text-to-speech functionality and adjustable contrast and font size settings.

The website also features a section dedicated to the Amazigh language.
