Africa Re's 47th Annual Ordinary General Meeting

Africa Re's 47^th Annual General Meeting was held on 27 June 2025 in Kigali, Rwanda.

During the meeting, shareholders reviewed and approved several resolutions, including those related to the annual financial statements.

At end-December 2024, the pan-African reinsurer posted a turnover of 1.214 billion USD, up by 9.76% over one year.

Net result increased by 3% to 132.942 million USD.

A total dividend of 29.368 million USD will be distributed to shareholders.
