The quality management system set up by Allianz Mali has paid off. Following an audit of the company Itertek France, two ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications have been awarded to the insurer.
Allianz Mali is the first insurance company in Mali to have been certified ISO 9001:2008, and the first in the CIMA zone with regard to ISO certification 9001:2015. These distinctions confirm that the insurer’s products meet all quality criteria requested. These assets provide Allianz Mali with additional arguments to build customer loyalty.
