Allianz is restructuring its activities

Currently under course, the restructuring of Allianz is expected to trigger the merger of overall activities within a holding run by Gerhard Rupprecht. The group, which has embodied the status of a European company, will henceforth be called Allianz SE (Societas Europea) and will maintain its head office in Munich.
