Allianz Saudi Fransi adopts new name

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance is changing its name to Mutakamela Insurance Company.

The new name was approved by the company's shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 25 November 2024.

The insurer is in the process of finalizing the regulatory procedures to switch to its new “Mutakamela” brand.

Since April 2024, Allianz Saudi Fransi has been 51% owned by Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC).
