AM Best has revised the rating of Misr Insurance Company downwards

AM Best downgraded the financial rating of Misr Insurance Group from “bbb+” to “bbb”. The rating agency also confirmed the Egyptian giant's financial soundness at the level of b++ (good). The outlook of both ratings is negative. These ratings reflect the lack of information available and the uncertainty about the level of capital and underwriting performance.
