AMI Assurances to adopt new name

AMI Assurances intends to change its name to BNA Assurances.

This name change and the amendment of the company's articles of association are some of the resolutions to be submitted for approval at AMI's Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 9 December 2024.

As a reminder, Banque Nationale Agricole (BNA) has been the majority shareholder of the Tunisian insurer since 2021, with a 50.5% stake.
