Anders Malmström appointed CFO of Swiss Re

Anders Malmström has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Swiss Re. He succeeds John Dacey, who is retiring on 31 March 2025. The appointment will be effective starting 1 April 2025.

A. Malmström has over 30 years' professional experience in the financial sector. He has held senior positions with AXA and Swiss Life, among others.

Prior to his recent appointment, he was CFO of Athora, one of Europe's leading savings and pensions groups.
