Aon completes acquisition of NFP

Aon has finalized the acquisition of NFP, one of the leading U.S. property and casualty brokers, asset managers and retirement plan advisors.

The 13 million USD transaction was carried out by American funds Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP) and HPS Investment Partners.
