Arig is joining one of Lloyd's syndicates

Arab Insurance Group (Arig) and Hardy Underwriting Bermuda launches a joint venture , Hardy Arig Insurance Management (HAIM). The new reinsurer will be based at Arig's offices in Bahrain by the end of 2009. It will be underwriting construction and engineering businees as well as energy risks with a possible extention of its activities in the future.
