AXA to acquire Nobis

The AXA Group has acquired Nobis, an Italian company specializing in personal P&C insurance.

The transaction was initially valued at 423 million EUR (463.1 million USD), followed by an additional purchase price of up to 55 million EUR (60.2 million USD).

The French group will benefit from Nobis' diversified distribution network to strengthen its position in the Italian non-life insurance market.

Pending approval by the relevant authorities, the transaction is expected to be finalized during the first half of 2025.
