AXA Maroc: capital increase reserved for employees

AXA was granted authorization by the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) to carry out a capital increase reserved for employees. This operation concerns the employees of all the Group's subsidiaries and branches in Morocco, including AXA Assurance Maroc, Carré Assurance Maroc and AXA Assistance Maroc Services.

The operation involves the issue of 58 951 965 shares. The reservation period will run from 12 to 26 September 2024.

The subscription price will be determined on 31 October 2024.
