BH Assurance: 2024 net result and dividend distribution

The Board of Directors of BH Assurance approved the company's financial statements for the 2024 financial year at its meeting on 27 March 2025.

The Tunisian insurer ended the year with a net result of 11.014 million TND (3.4 million USD), which represents a 16% drop compared with the 13.1 million TND (4.3 million USD) recorded in 2023.

A dividend of 1.5 TND (0.5 USD) per share will be proposed at the next Annual General Meeting scheduled for 24 April 2025.
