Cotunace raises its capital

The capital of Compagnie Tunisienne pour l'Assurance du Commerce Extérieur (COTUNACE) rises from 15 million TND (11.6 million USD) to 20 million TND (15.5 million USD). This move has been achieved thanks to the issue of 50 000 new shares at the price of 119 TND (92.6 USD). This price corresponds to the face value of 100 TND (77.8 USD) per share, to which a 19 TND (14.7 USD) issue premium is added up.
