COVEA tops the property insurance market

Regrouping three mutuals (Mutuelles du Mans Assurance, MAAF and GMF), the entity has reported a 2006 turnover of 12.1 billion EUR (16.5 billion USD) and 774 million EUR (1 055 million USD) in profits, a performance that allows it to come first in the sector with 16% of the property insurance market.
