Draft law regulating the activity of Ghanaian insurtechs

The National Insurance Commission (NIC) has been working on a draft law to regulate Ghanaian insurtechs.

Once published, the new regulation will contribute to the consolidation and development of the Ghanaian insurance sector.

The NIC is calling on local insurers to work with tech companies to speed up the digitization of insurance services in the country.
