EGYPT : Prudential Financial to invest in Sarwa Life

Prudential Financial (USA) become a shareholder of the life insurance company Sarwa Life Insurance Company.

The Egyptian holding company Sarwa Capital obtained two licenses in 2018; one in non-life insurance and the other in life business.hence the creation of Sarwa Life. The initial capital of each company amounted to 100 million EGP (6 million USD). Sarwa Life markets life, health and savings insurance policies.
