Electric vehicle insurance policy to be introduced in Egypt

The Egyptian Insurance Federation (IFE) has considered introducing comprehensive motor insurance for electric vehicles.

The study highlights the new risks associated with this type of car faced by car manufacturers and insurance companies.

The IFE has also examined future developments in the use of electric vehicles to provide suitable insurance rates.
