Employment in the French insurance market in 2020

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the recruitment rate in the French insurance market remained high in 2020 (+10%).

A report from the Observatory of the Evolution of Insurance Professions (ROMA 2020) listed 149 100 employees as of 31 December 2020, which stands for an addition of 1 500 people compared to 2019.
