Frank Kloutse appointed general manager of Fidelia Assurances

Appointment of Frank Kloutse as general manager of the Togolese company Fidelia Assurances. He replaced Damien Adamah-Tassah.

Prior to joining Fidelia Assurances, F. Kloutse held the position of commcercial and marketing manager at Saham Togo.
