Generali finalizes the sale of TUA Assicurazioni to Allianz

Generali has completed the sale of its Milan-based non-life insurance subsidiary TUA Assicurazioni to the German Allianz group.

The operation has a positive impact of approximately 50 million EUR (54.2 million USD) on the Italian insurer's net results.

For the record, Generali and Allianz signed an agreement in October 2023 for a deal valued at 280 million EUR (303.5 million USD).
