Holmarcom launches a Takaful subsidiary

The Moroccan group Holmarcom has launched a participative insurance subsidiary through its holding company Holmarcom Insurance Activities.

Named Takafulia Assurances, the new entity has been authorized by the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) to carry out Family Takaful and General Takaful activities in Morocco.

This initiative is in line with the development strategy of the group's finance division and is aimed at strengthening its position as a major player in the Moroccan insurance market.
