Increase of GAT’s capital

The extraordinary General Assembly of the Groupe des Assurances de Tunisie, (GAT), ( Tunisia's Insurance Group), held in Tunis on February 24, 2004, decided to increase the company's capital from 10 million TND to 15 million TND. This increase will be achieved through the stock issue of 500 000 new shares of a 10-dinar face value per unit.
