ING is about to sell its subsidiary

ING is about to reach an agreement with AIA Group for the sale of its Malaysian subsidiary. The Dutch group is willing to give up its entity for an amount comprised between 1.5 and 1.7 billion USD. Last September, various sources announced the cession of Thai and Malaysian subsidiaries to AIA. ING is currently joining its Thai, Japanese and Hong Kong operations for their cession to another actor.
