Lauching of the first laboratory dedicated to the development of technological finance in Algeria

The Commission for the Organization and Supervision of Stock Exchange Operations (COSOB) organized, on 29 September 2021, the 6^th symposium of its scientific council on the theme "innovation in finance: the Finlab".

On this occasion, an agreement was signed between the COSOB and the Algerian Union of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies (UAR) regarding the launch of the first laboratory dedicated to the development of technological innovation in the financial market (FinLab).

Named GIE-Algeria FinLab, the laboratory constitutes a catalyst for innovation in the financial sector. It allows start-ups to develop solutions to modernize banking and insurance services based on financial inclusion.
