According to a report published by recruitment firm Hays, 48% of employers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia will be providing life insurance to employees in 2022.
In the UAE, 53% of organizations offer life insurance coverage compared to 30% in Saudi Arabia. Other benefits offered to employees include a company car or car allowance, flexible working hours and school allowances for children.
