Luko acquires German insurer Coya

French insurtech Luko has acquired Coya, a German neo insurance company licensed as an insurer.

This acquisition will allow the start-up to obtain the status of an insurer in France and to recover a portfolio of more than 300 000 customers in Europe.

The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
