Merger between Siaci Saint Honoré and Diot finalized

The European Commission and the relevant supervisory authorities have approved the merger between the two French brokers Siaci Saint Honoré and Diot. Closed on 16 November 2021, the merger gave rise to the leading brokerage firm in France and the fifth largest in the entire European market.

The new entity, named Diot-Siaci, will be managed by Pierre Donnersberg, President of Siaci Saint Honoré. Christian Burrus will hold the positions of Vice President and General Manager. The executive committee will comprise executives from both companies.

The new group employs nearly 5 000 people in 42 countries and generates a total turnover of 700 million EUR (791.895 million USD).
