Merger between Solidarity Bahrain and t'azur

The merger project between Solidarity Bahrain and t'azur has been approved by the shareholders of both insurance companies. However, the operation is still pending the approval of the Central Bank of Bahrain and the regulatory authorities.

The deal is mainly focused on t'azur's takaful business in Bahrain. Upon completion of the merger, all t'azur's operations, assets and liabilities will be transferred to Solidarity, which in turn will issue new shares.
