Merger planned between Solidarity Bahrain and t'azur

Solidarity Bahrain is planning to merge with the company t'azur to create a takaful insurance entity. A letter of intent for a possible merger has been signed by both parties.

The operation is still pending the approval of the shareholders, the Central Bank of Bahrain and the supervisory authorities.
