Munich Re: dividend distribution

Munich Re's 137^th Annual General Meeting was held on 25 April 2024. On this occasion, the company's shareholders approved the Board of Directors' proposal to distribute a dividend of 15 EUR (16.1 USD) per share for the 2023 financial year, representing a total amount of 2 billion EUR (2.1 billion USD).

For the record, the German group closed the 2023 financial year with a net result of 4.6 billion EUR (4.9 billion USD).

Other resolutions adopted included the election of Roland Busch, Julia Jäkel, Victoria Ossadnik and Jens Weidmann to the Supervisory Board.
